It is not allowed to admit people without a reservation. This means that you are not allowed to receive guests in your room.
When the fire alarm sounds, calmly follow the signage to the escape routes. At your room door you will find a map on which the escape routes are indicated.
Disassembling, disabling, and obstructing the functionality of the fire detectors is strictly prohibited will be handled as a criminal offense. Upon detection of the violation, a fine of € 100,- will be charged. If the violation has led to a fire alarm, the police will be called and eviction will follow, without refund. Here we will charge a fine of € 250,- for the (noise) nuisance caused by the false fire alarm and its consequences.
Queen café and restaurant provides the opportunity to enjoy a snack and drink on our large heated terrace, but where you can also wine and dine inside.
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, we can already store your luggage so that you can enjoy our great city.
On the day of departure, you have plenty of time because check-out is not until 11:00 am. If you want to take a look around Eindhoven before you start your journey home, we can store your luggage for you if desired.
Queen Hotel unfortunately does not have a storage space for bicycles. It is not allowed to take your bicycle to your room. Click here for the nearby bicycle parking facilities!
Pets are not allowed
Of course children of all ages are welcome. Babies up to 2 years old stay for free. A baby bed can be placed on request (based on availability)
If you would like to have breakfast but do not have time to use it in our breakfast room, we can have a breakfast box made for you. This well-stocked box will be ready for you at the reception in the morning.
Queen Hotel is located in the pedestrian area. We don’t have our own parking. If you come to Eindhoven by car, it is best to follow the signs ‘Parking garage Holland Casino – Heuvelgalerie.’ and follow ‘exit Markt’. The address of the parking garage: Ten Hagestraat 6a 5611 GE Eindhoven. The parking rate is €23,- per 24 hours.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel.
Eindhoven is a vibrant city with many museums, shops, bars and restaurants. At the reception we are happy to help you with your questions. We do also provide city-maps at the reception.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
This is our lowest rate. This special is non-refundable. This means that this reservation cannot be canceled or changed. You pay the full amount when booking (by credit card or ideal). This rate can only be booked online.
FLEXIBLE RATE
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Guarantee your reservation with a credit card or prepayment. If canceled within 24 hours before the date of arrival or in case of no-show, only the first night will be charged. Other nights are automatically canceled free of charge. A different rate may apply in the event of a change or change of your reservation.
The tourist tax in Eindhoven is € 3,50 per person per night
